- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Billing is calculated by time and time only. 2 hour minimum is required for each job, and is calculated by 15 minute increments after. We don't have any additional or hidden fees and try to be as transparent with the final pricing/billing as possible. Deposits are required to reserve a date and guarantees your move date with us, and will be taken off the final bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to familiarize new customers who are new to hiring movers, what the process is to make things easy and smooth on both ends. Questions may vary but we typically ask for: Apartment/Home size, brief inventory of belongings, and distance of home to home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Moving Professionals have over 200+ moves and 5-star reviews under our belts. To say we know what we're doing is an under statement and we've definetely have problem solved through a lot of common issues when it comes to moving!
