- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates starting at a 2 hour minimum. We also apply all inclusive service fee providing our truck, equipment, and gas/miles. We offer discounted rates for weekday moves scheduled on Mondays through Thursdays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information from our new potential customers about their move over the phone, email, onsite estimate, or virtual estimate. After gathering the necessary information, we then provide a quote based on the info, and send this information via email for review. To confirm service, we simply ask for confirmation via email, and we have you fill out our bill of lading in person during the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a collective amount of over 20+ years of experience in the moving industry! We have been through all circumstances in process of moving, and there is no move too small or too big.
