- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are clear and easy to understand. Get an estimate online starting on our quote page. Our highly qualified staff will call back within hours of your web submission. If you want an over the phone quote just call in to our veteran staff. They will take all the guesswork out of it and leave you feeling safe that you have made the right choice. In home estimates for mansions or very large homes are available on a case by case need, but our master estimators very rarely even need to come out. Our estimators are all top-notch movers who have more than 50 years combined experience in the field. As long as our customers let us know what they have, we will let you know what it will cost. With Fischer Van Lines there are never any hidden fees, we take pride in being honest with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know exactly what you are moving and all the other details pertinent to the move. So we can give you the best quote possible. Preferably you call us and we'll go over the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers are fully trained or seasoned veterans. Our management are professional movers themselves, so you can count on them to know what they are talking about. Our employees are hard-working, honest and have a keen attention to detail. We take the word professional very seriously.
