- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive, but also transparent. There aren’t any additional charges or hidden fees. What you are quoted is what you’ll pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather as much information about the move as we can in advance of the move. We typically do a confirmation call a day or two prior to the move. We give a courtesy call 30mins prior to our arrival on move day, then we show up to give you the greatest moving experience of your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our staff has takeaway 1 year experience in the moving industry.
