- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're very flexible when it comes to pricing, however when it comes to us you're really paying for what you get for. These past 2 years have been crazy with covid and how things have been going. That being said prices have went up due to inflation. We still provide a 5 star service and you're in very good hands with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to moving, a simple phone call is the easiest way to get a hold of me. It's usually the quickest way to for us to give out a quote. We also do in person quotes for free. Something to keep in mind is that thumbtack allows us to only put our hourly rates which doesn't include the truck/gas charge, or any other charges we may have to apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been moving since I was 17 years old and now I'm about to be 25. I know the ins and outs of moving. I could answer any question when it comes to moving. As far as education I went to college for a little bit to study business so I can make sure we become the best moving company in Colorado and maybe one day the best in the United States. I plan to go back in order to execute the way I dream too.
