- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In light of the new web seminar trend, my rate is negotiable. Let's work it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first invite them to do their due diligence, then watch my videos, check out my website and Google me. Then, I arrange for a face to face meeting so we can explore the subject on a video platform in more details to make sure I am the right fit for the event. Once that is determined, I ask for half up front to guarantee my appearance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a BA in Communications at SIU in Carbondale and am a Fellow with the Walter Kaitz Foundation.
