- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount for local events that allow me to be home in time to put my son to bed. We also offer discounted rates for non-profits, education, and government organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we are a good fit, my assistant will schedule a logistics call to discuss all the event details. All the materials you'll need to download are available on the speaker kit page of my website, where you will also find our pre-event questionnaire to fill out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0) and am a professional member of the National Speakers Association.
