Steve was great! We had to reschedule several times due to the snow, but he was very communicative throughout the process, which I appreciated. When we finally had our appointment he was super professional, answered all of our questions, and got us a quote within the same day. I would absolutely recommend his service!

Steve was a pleasure to work with start to finish. He was easy to communicate with and every time we connected over the phone/text/email I felt like I was talking to a real person and not some salesmen from a corporate chain. Work (pictures included) speaks for itself. Steve finished this job in one afternoon -- working hard and straight through the entire time he was at our house. The quote for the job also came in WAY below all other quotes we were given. We will certainly be hiring Steve again for any other masonry projects we do in the future.

10/10 Would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs masonry done. We had a wall that we added a frame & electric fireplace to. Steve came in and applied our Eldorado stone veneer and it looks absolutely amazing. He was responsive to all of my communication before the project began, he showed when he said he would show, and worked swiftly to get the project completed on time. He and his partner were pure professionals, as well as artisans. I'm over the moon, and will be now scheduling him in the near future to apply stone veneer to our brick exterior.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before I give a set price to a customer, I like to see the job and discuss the terms from there. I like to meet with my potential customers to know their time frame and budget of their project. The size of your project and what is needed will determine the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer, make sure everything is clear. I like to hear any ideas the customer has. Also, I listen to and try to make everything go as smoothly as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school in England for 3 years, along side a apprenticeship on site. I was mentored by one of the best, and I'm proud to be able to put my knowledge and experience to use now
