- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For commercial and private customer projects, bids are submitted for the work needed. We request a 50% deposit to begin the work with balance due upon completion. Line items are added as needed if the work supersedes the initial scope. All taxes are included and we hold extensive liability insurance. We have a contract that must be signed prior to work being started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our bid is accepted, we prefer to do site surveys to go over site conditions and discuss any concerns. Scheduling is contingent on said conditions and environmental factors (ie, weather) and will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer. If a deposit is required, we will request it at this time. Once the work is complete and all parties are satisfied, we will submit an invoice with the balance and any line items. A 7% fee will be added to any invoices not paid within a month of submittal.
