- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Earn up to $10 cash back, ask how. All Prices are Final & Non-Negotiable. DEPOSIT: A 30% non-refundable/ non transferable fee is required to secure your appointment time with MpireFaces. No appointment will be scheduled without a deposit. Your deposit must be paid through this booking form. CASH BACK: Currently offering up to $10 cash back, ask how. TRAVEL: If traveling is required, there will be a traveling fee added to your final total. CANCELING/RESCHEDULING: For avoidance of FEES Rescheduling/Canceling must be made within 48hrs of your booked appointment via txt or email. Your 30% deposit can only be credited to reschedule once for the same month. Any cancellation within 24 hours or less of your booking appointment will result in a cancellation fee of the your 30% non-refundable deposit. If you are a no show & you fail to cancel your appointment within 24hrs the card on file will be charged a $50% of your service admin fee. LATE FEE: If you are more than 10 minutes late there is a $25 late fee charge added to your final price. If you are more than 20 mins late please consider rescheduling or canceling your appointment. Same day bookings includes a $45 fee. All payments must be paid in full prior to your booking time. COURTESY POLICY: - Communicate if you have an emergency, will be late, need to reschedule or cancel we are very understanding and will try our absolute best to accommodate you and your needs. - Please avoid bringing extra guest they won't be able to stay. - Please come with unwanted facial hair removed and brows groomed, if brows are not groomed eyebrow razor shape up will be an additional charge. - Please come with clean face.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new client is keeping open communication with quick responses. This is to ensure that the client is comfortable and we are available to answer any questions or concerns. We like to build a rapport for more details of the event, which personalized look would suit them and more. A booking deposit is required. It is a non refundable/ non transferrable fee to secure the appointment and will be credited towards the final cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked as Professional Makeup Artist at a salon and afterwards we decided to get back into freelancing during our college years. Once we graduated we continued our journey and service clients worldwide.
