I found myself on something called Thumbtack, looking for a locksmith. This Goodfellow site came up, so I sent a message: "It's probably a tiny job, no rush, but the deadbolt isn't turning with my key." Literally 60 seconds after hitting send, I'm getting a call from Harry. He says he'll be here in 20 minutes. He was here in 10. Fixed it in less than 15. A 100-year-old lock, working like new. What world am I living in? This never happens. And yet, it did. In less than an hour, Harry made me a customer for life.

I don’t think I can give harry a high enough rating! We were in a precarious situation and needed our locks changed ASAP. Harry was fantastic to work with. We had multiple lock and doorknob issues, and he handled everything efficiently in under an hour. I was especially pleased that he was able to repair a broken interior door handle that’s an older, hard-to-find style, as replacing it would have been very expensive. Great experience. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our smart lock, explained what had failed, and got it working again. He also adjusted the door and strike plate so the lock aligns properly now and we no longer have to pull the door closed for it to lock. Everything opens and closes smoothly, and he took the time to make sure it was done right. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend.
