Dave did an amazing job on our kitchen. He worked with us while we were dealing with an insurance claim. He helped us with design and all the work done was very high quality. Our kitchen turned out beautiful! We could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely hire him again.

A++. If you're looking for an all star team to take care of your renovation needs, you certainly hit the jackpot!! ..... What an absolutely amazing experience and quality work! The team - David, Alonso, and the rest of the bunch were an extreme pleasure to work with. After talking to a handful of contractors, Dave's communication, creativity, competitive pricing and professionalism easily swayed me into picking KCF to take on a number of home projects in my older home. Dave is truly a master at his craft and he guided me through the whole renovation process - pointing out the options I have with my older home, bathroom & kitchen features to consider, etc. If it weren't for Dave and his team, I'm truly not sure if the outcome would have been the same. Dave easily gained my trust so I felt comfortable to have the team renovate my home while I left for vacation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a no nonsense company with decades of experience in the industry. Based on this experience, we are able to complete your project quicker, safer, better and for less money than the industry standard. We have a set labor fee for kitchens and baths that may adjust depending on your scope of work. We offer a 10% discount to all veterans and COVID health service personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a time to come out to your property and go over your proposed project together. We will answer all your questions concerning budget, design, timetables and any other questions you may have for us. It's our job to ensure you are comfortable with both the scope of the project and the budget...not to mention comfortable with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years experience in the construction industry - Associates Degree in Building Trades - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from CSU
