- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair and competitive while making sure you get solid service. Costs depend on the size of the job, the type of service, and how much labor is involved. I provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees, so you know exactly what to expect. For bigger projects or repeat customers, I’m happy to discuss discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a quick conversation to understand what you need—whether it’s junk removal, demolition, or painting. I’ll then give you a free estimate based on the scope of work. Once everything is agreed on, I’ll schedule the job at a time that works for you and show up ready to get it done efficiently and cleanly. My goal is to leave every job site better than I found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from real hands-on experience. I’ve been in this industry for years, handling everything from small junk removal jobs to full demolition projects. I’ve learned the best techniques for safe, efficient work while making sure every job is done right.
