- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think of it like this. This day in age we all are Googlers. If we want to know something we ask Google. well, same application goes for the price of how much it cost to paint a residence, or a room, or a car, etc. Ask Google the price of how much it cost to paint a house in that area and I can beat that price typically by 15- 45 percent everytime. if you don't believe me Call Mike at INTEGRITY FIRST PROPERTY SOLUTIONS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak on the phone to get a better scope off work, and what we have as a project. I explain briefly about what Integrity First Property Solutions is. I explain that we specialize in painting interior and exterior residences, but we are always doing something else, in addtion to, the painting. I would explain about how our process works and that we pride ourselves in knowing the customer is always right, when it comes to the work they want done. They want it to know as much as they do. we know it is our job to get as close as possible to what they imagine their project will be when it is completed. Do things the right way the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for a commercial Painting company for 6 years. I Started painted at age 16 working for a new construction Professional paint contractor who only worked with builders who had contracts painting new homes. I have worked for a Airline Painting company for 1.5 years. That's what I gravitate towards (PAINT). I know painting and and the multiple ways to do it. I know the different industry standards of painting and the fundamentals and process they each require. So. needless to say I ll now my stuff when it comes to painting pretty much anything.
