- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will schedule a free estimate and provide you with a custom quote. Since every project varies in scope we request that you schedule an appointment with our estimator. This will provide the most accurate pricing and help plan for budgeting purposes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the estimator arrives, he/she will go over in detail what you would like to achieve. We then craft an estimate and go over in more detail how we will help them transform your space. Communication is extremely important. Once you decide to use Five Star Painting as your chosen contractor, we will have our office manager give you a call to get your project scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience! Our team regularly attends trainings, takes part in webinars and has team building meetings so that we can provide you the best knowledge and service as possible.
