- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and guage the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured 6. Embrace questions from customer 7. Leave a proposal with the customer 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painter have many years experience painting. If we have a painter with minimal experience, they are paired with an experienced painter.
