- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to offer you the best service at the best pricing! We are striving to be a referral based company, and want to build our clientele off our astounding quality of work, done in a timely manner, and give our customers the best experience possible. We make every effort to make the experience as stress and headache-free as possible for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will either give you a quote or ask for more information! (Pictures and measurements will give us a better idea for a quote). 2. If our quote looks good, we will set up a time to come meet you at your project. 3. We give you a hard bid on site, and get an idea of what your schedule looks like nailing down a start time and day. 4. We bring a contract for you to sign outlining the scope of work, and contract price, and take half payment up front. 5. We confirm our scheduled appointment with you within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. 6. We do the one of the best paint jobs you've ever seen and make the process as stress free as possible!
