Hello, my name is Penny Oliver and I can't wait to help you with your design needs! My approach is open-minded, explorative, creative and client-centered. I am passionate about creating a clear, concise design plan before the demo and building begins.
My focus is on remodeling design and I can help you with all aspects of a remodeling project. This includes, floor plan design with 3d renderings, guiding you through choosing materials and finishes, ordering cabinetry through my various suppliers, management of demolition and rebuild, and topping it all off with full interior design with top quality finishes, furnishings and decor through my many brand connections!

Pricing:
Initial free 30 minute in-home/office consultation (for locations within 30 minutes of my south lakewood studio).
My fee for Design and Planning is $85/hour... This is for creation of new floorplans depicting the finished dimensions, 3d conceptual renderings, selection of finishes, furnishings and materials. If more specific drawings with final selections of tile and cabinetry are needed there is the option to upgrade to CAD drawings. Cost for this is based on the size and scope of the project and can only be estimated after the remodeling design concept has been completed.
Full Project Management after Design phases 1&2: $125/hour or flat fee per project. Contracts and proposals are provided and agreed upon prior to each phase of the project.
Payment: Half up front, half upon delivery of drawings and plans.
