- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing may be high compared to other cleaning services and companies. The reason for this is because we offer eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products if our clients are interested. We also offer regular cleaning products it is up to the client to choose what products they would like. We also offer discounts if you re-hire us or recommend us. If you are a first time customer you will also get a one time discount. for any heavy duty cleaning their will be fees but your home will be left looking great and smelling great.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer is getting to know what they like and what they don't like also if they have any pets in their home because we know they can be important. We also like to ask them questions. some Examples are " what would you like dusted?" we wouldn't like to ruin any family heirlooms. another example can be " would you like to be in your home while we are getting the job done?" we also have open availability with 24hr-48hr notice. We can also go over what services you are interested in and what cleaning products you would like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our workers have learned from the best. They have years of experience some more than other but they all work to get the same results which is getting our clients to smile when seeing their home. we have worked with our workers to teach them how to get the job done but we let them know that we do detailed work and we respect the homes of those we have been trusted to clean. I like to have my workers on the same pages im on. Sometimes you will see me Elena leader and owner of the company working with my workers to get the job done.
