Audrey and her mama and the whole team (6+) at one point were fantastic. They took their time and paid attention to the exact detail I was looking for with a deep clean. I really appreciated Audrey’s attentiveness. Her team worked 4+ hours and my house is probably the cleanest it’s ever been since the day we moved in 5 years ago. I will be using Audrey and her team monthly moving forward.

Audrey and team were great! I needed a deep clean and the really delivered. My oven was in terrible shape and she got it literally spotless. Baseboards are sparkling, the bathrooms are like a hotel, and it smells great!

I typically don’t leave reviews for anything, but after a few days I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this and hope it can help someone else moving forward. I hired them for a deep cleaning for my 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1 story house. The entire job felt very rushed and poorly done. The same day, and days following the cleaning, I have found dirt, hair, dust, you name it, everywhere. Nothing was moved for surfaces (shelves, on top of dressers/nightstands) to be cleaned. Hardly anything was actually dusted. It doesn’t seem like the vacuum worked very well… Honestly, if I hadn’t been home, I never would have known they were there to begin with. I am really disappointed with this service. I was offered a discount in price, which I appreciate, but I still had to go through and deep clean everything before my guests arrived. Not the end of the world, but definitely not worth any amount of money. I do want to add that while the cleaning was happening, I could have been more present in what was happening in each room - which is my fault that I wasn’t. I made the assumption that a deep clean with an explanation of my needs meant the same thing to me as it did to them.

Hi Zoe good night How sad to read that review from you It really damages my profile as you can see there i have AWESOME reviews from lots of previous clients I apologize for it i know you were in a hurry we dont work like that cleanings usually takes time my main concern when i get new jobs is that client is Satisfied with it period if the job is not done well you are not Happy i can return the money. Money is not important to me REVIEWS are and that you like my work thats all this is the place where i get my jobs thats how i keep my people working i dont know what happen and i apologize we didnt meet your expectations it seems not fair to me that you left such unfair review looks like to me i offered you to come back or to give you a refund that i am more willing to do i will refund you the total amount i dont need your money if you are not happy with my what my cleaners did once again i am sorry … Full refund was giving back $$ or i can come back and do a FREE cleaning if work is not Done or you dont like You dont have to pay me period all it matters
