Issica came and gave us an extremely high and ridiculous quote to deep clean our home. She was too pushy trying to secure the job after we declined just her move-in services based on pricing. We then tried to give her business and asked about weekly cleaning, which she completely refused?! The cleaning might be good, but the customer service and attitude are not!

Sorry Cindy based on the cleaning needs of a 6000 square foot home I think that was a decent price for what I looked at that day I hope you find what you need and I did not want to continue services with you because then I would have to clean all that up after somebody else and I'm not happy with doing that after getting refused to do the big job if you were in town I think it would have been different if we would have met up front sorry that you were really busy out of town and I know you travel a lot good luck

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking which is deducted from the total cost of the cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a correct estimate for there home to be cleaned, also how much time it will take to complete the job. We make sure customers understand what cleaning supplies we use and why and if they ok us using them. Lastly, we fill out a customer and client contract, then send a date for the clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education courses that I have taken are with kingsoopers leadership I have 20 years experience. I am a personal trainer, so customer service as well 10+ years. 2 Business courses as well. Cleaning experience I have is 20+ years. I train with PSI education classes monthly.
