We had a fantastic experience with Alan and his team. Alan was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, from the initial estimate to the completion of the project. His team was professional, hardworking, and efficient. Not only did they replace our flooring, but they also went above and beyond by fixing squeaks, moving furniture, and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. Alan personally did a final inspection and even had the team redo small details to ensure everything was perfect. What truly stood out was their honesty and commitment to great service. Alan informed us about a leak in our dishwasher and issues with the flush shut-off valves—then fixed them at no cost. He also took care of some large garbage removal for free. We highly recommend Alan and his team—100% satisfied!

On Top Flooring did SUCH an AWESOME job on my floors!!!! They replaced carpet with LVP on two flights of stairs, hallway, master bedroom and closet. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!!!! They are so professional and take great pride in their work. They kept the work areas very tidy. They’re very professional and their communication was fantastic.
