- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have extremely competitive pricing for all of our flooring. We do not have the expense of a store front and buy directly from the manufacturer with cash. Our advertising is solely based off our reputation and word of mouth. We pass along all of these savings directly to our customer to ensure they get the lowest price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment with our customers to go directly to their home or place of business and bring along all of our samples to review the pros/cons of each. After choosing a product and taking measurements, we put together a free, no obligation estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a company, we complete multiple trainings throughout the year and attend a yearly conference with all of our manufactures for additional lessons and product information. As individuals, we take the time to research and ensure the we are up-to-date on product trends and product functionality and specifications.
