I chose Design & Elegance for a two-room floor replacement because of their excellent reviews and now I am the next to write, from my own experience, of what wonderful service Milene and Dave gave on my floor installation.
They are quite a team! With honesty and integrity in their work, from start to finish, no detail was forgotten along the way. Both are hardworking; Milene is diligent in clear and timely communication and planning, while Dave excels as a true craftsman and his quality and experience are notable! Both were a joy to have in my home!
I also appreciated their referal for a needed plumbing contractor (thank you Guillermo) who made my plumbing sound to protect my new floor investment!
Their pricing was excellent for all the labor that was provided, for there was a lot involved in such a good outcome!
I am very pleased with how the floor replacement has transformed my home, but even more pleased that the process was so streamlined by their professional service! My sincere thanks to each of you!

I am so happy I selected Design & Elegance to refinish my kitchen floors. The previous owners had put tile on top of hardwood floors. We were uncertain what condition they were going to be in when the tiles came up and whether or not we would be able to match the hickory floors that are throughout the rest of the house. Design and Elegance did an amazing job removing the tiles, sanding the floors and helping to select the perfect shade to compliment the rest of my house. They were incredibly professional and communicated perfectly every step of the way. You will be so happy if you select them to do your floors.
