- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers are able to reach us directly or through platforms such as Thumbtack. Once we have confirmed the job details, we will schedule a estimate appointment to confirm the job and materials. Afterward, your technician will work with you to confirm a time and date to complete your service. If your service can be completed in one day, your technician will inform you at that time.
