I have a 30' spruce tree that has been begging for holiday lights. I was concerned about the cost, but decided to check it out. Fortunately, Eli, from Bonsai Creations, responded immediately. He was professional, friendly, and his quote was very reasonable for a tree this size. AND, he was available within a couple of days. He completed the job as scheduled, and the job cost me less than the quote. He will also remove the lights and store them until next year. The tree is absolutely stunning, and my neighbors and I couldn't be happier. I'll be calling Eli for additional projects and recommending him to my friends.

I try to be fair for both the customer and myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a feel for what they need and the price range they want to accomplish the task. Ask lots of questions, both you and me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry for about ten years. Mostly around my own house where mistakes could be tolerated. I'm happy to say that doesn't happen often now.
