Connor from Preferred Garage Doors today and is a fantastic technician! My garage door would only open about 6 inches. I had the springs replaced by another company back in September so I figured it was probably time for a new garage door opener since I still had the original one from when my house was built. Connor was inspected my garage door and first noticed that the previous company had sold me the wrong size springs. I told Connor that I had paid about $3300 for the new springs and showed him the invoice. He couldnt believe what I was (over)charged and that I had been taken advantage of. Connor called his boss and they took care of me. With Connors help Im getting a refund for the shitty work and it cost me just over half of what the other company charged. I highly recommend Preferred Garage Doors and would give them 10 stars if I could. And Im recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks again, Connor!
