After graduating with a degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech, I've been involved in all aspects of residential construction. From production, multi-million dollar custom, historical renovation, and novel shipping container tiny homes, I've seen just about everything. During much of this time time I was practicing single and multi-family real estate investing. With 20 years of experience on buying and building, I can confidently say I understand and communicate with empathy and professionalism at the builder-client table for all parties involved. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote and charge per lineal foot of Wall installed instead of square feet. We feel this is an easier process for the client to grasp in the context of what we do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 3 step process. You start with a Design Coordinator to figure out the scope of the project, then we prefab your necessary components while the DC verifies details of your space on-site or virtually, then we deliver your kit and assist you getting it installed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in Building Construction with a minor in Real Estate from Virginia Tech.
