- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing in addition to accepting cash, checks or credit/debit card payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to coming out, we like to have a 5 minute discussion over the phone to understand your timeline and needs. Once we come out to meet with you, we provide a true consultation. We discuss your needs and goals further to ensure we have a true understanding of what you're looking for. This allows us to ensure we're covering all aspects and concerns when we discuss your options. We then provide an estimate in a timely manner. Once you've accepted our proposal, we schedule your project's install. Finally, prior to doing any work, we walk through the job site with you to ensure everyone is on the same page. Then, we remove your old fence if needed, haul that away, and install your fence. Before leaving, we clean up all trash and do a final walk through with you to ensure you're 100% satisfied with our work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Shortly after we bought our first home, our dog got out and was hit by a car. Fortunately, he was okay. The next weekend, we had our fence installed. We understand how important it is to protect what matters most and that drives us to be your one stop solution for protection and privacy.
