There are many cleaners and fence construction companies, some good and some not so good. I consider my company one of the good ones because to borrow from another cleaner, "we clean to please". Whether it is cleaning or fence construction/repairs we are not happy until you are happy. We don't want to be just another cleaning or fence company. We try hard to make our prices competitive. If price is the issue, we can negotiate. C&R Restoration Services is pleased to add fence repair/installation to the list of other services, which include - tile and grout cleaning, carpet/upholstery cleaning, floor coatings, etc. Check out our pictures. Have been cleaning for almost 30 years and enjoy cleaning. Cleaning can be hard work, but I enjoy transforming a place or thing from dirty to clean.

Stay away! Clive the Scammer won’t return any calls now. You would have a hard time finding a worse outcome on a simple gate which is now falling down and being replaced by someone else (which Clive will be hearing from). What a scam and unfortunately I didn’t get to actually inspect anything until it started falling apart. Not to be trusted. Look at the pic and see how he didn’t even bolt the gate to the 4x4 post that is there, which was the whole point! Instead he drove one small screw threw a 2x4 into the other fence and not even attached the post! And the gate is already sagging and pulling the rest of the fence down because of that. Multiple text messages and pictures of his garbage work were obviously unreturned after the check cashed. I’ll be posting this everywhere.

Anyone who knows me would wonder if this is the same guy that they know. The accusations in this review are not true. This is a disgruntled customer, who had some problems with the fence I build, texted my landline, never called me, and never got a response. When I finally saw the bad review, I called him, but he would not answer. I offered to come and fix the issue(s), which would be an easy fix, but he refused. Because of my policy of not being happy until the customer is happy, I paid him back as much as $800. I don't ever take money from a customer until after the job is completed and have the customer look at it themselves. Like I always do, I have this customer look at the work, when I was done, and the problem(s) was/were not obviously detectable. All he had to do was to call me and I would make haste to fix the problem.

I wish I'd known about C&R years ago. I've been struggling with this old chain link gate for a long time. It works great now! Clive did a great job for a reasonable price and he was fast, too. He even threw in a quick fix to another gate which opens much smoother now. I'm very pleased and grateful. Thank you, Clive!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Have a set price for floors in regular condition. If there are tough stains or conditions which takes more time than normal, an additional charge would apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I would call or text them to get details. If more details are required, I would arrange for a visit. My visit consists of viewing the project, taking measurements, etc. I would then get the customer's email address and send them a detailed quote. My visits are free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory trained on equipment and with the usage of chemicals.
