Diego really puts a lot of effort into customer service. He tried to make the sink work that we ordered from Amazon, but eventually realized it was defective. He came back a few days later and put the new one we ordered in. Very professional and will put in the hard work, however long it takes. He also likes to talk to himself while he works, which was pretty entertaining.
