- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to offer a ten percent discount on hourly services for educators or military members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send a google document for clients to fill out, showing preferences with colors, styles, and areas of concern. This document will ask for budget and time constraints as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a mom who taught me at an early age about fabrics, colors, quality of products, and how important it is to represent who you are through fashion. I also worked with a designer in Ramstein, Germany, who showed me how to assess needs of clients and communicate suggestions well. I have worked retail for 15 years on and off and clients have been so impressed with my skills.
