I had a great experience working with Adam and his team. I'm typically a DIYer because 1. I like to keep costs down and enjoy the labor and 2. Contractors really frustrate me with their responsiveness and ability to show up and do a job when they say they will and 3. I hate being sold to, so I no longer let contractors come look at a job until they have given me a rough estimate based on photos and measurements.
Adam understood the assignment and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He responded with a rough quote, his recommendations, and his availability to come out and take a look and I didn't need to look any further for someone to do the job after seeing his response.
He was very professional when he came out, made sure he understood my level of understanding with the job before offering solutions, and gave me his recommendations, even offering to add the side walls and stairs which I hadn't realized where an option (and absolutely love). His quotes following the meeting were detailed and I was able to sign off on the job estimate online.
Adam and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would on the morning of the installation and he remembered that we had a newborn in the house so had asked his crew to keep it down until a certain time and let me know that time (she was already screaming inside, but I appreciated the effort!). The crew was friendly and helpful and did a really great job adapting to a new stairs set that I had built that wasn't part of the original plans and required some creative problem solving to get the coating in the nooks and crannies.
I'm thrilled with the result, and have been painting the walls and ceiling since the job was done and have been really impressed with the durability and quality of the coating. I should have done this years ago!
Throughout the whole process, Adam communicated with me the best way that worked for me (text since I was at work) and came the day after the job was done to check the results and make sure I was happy with the results.
I have already recommended Wise Coatings to family members, and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who has a similar project.

Adam with WISE coating was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The WISE team was great with walking through the options and we are very happy with the end result. So much so that I recommended Adam to my brother who used him for his garage floors too.

Adam and the guys came up to my house in the mountains to do our garage floor. Had a tough day weather wise with rain but they stuck with it and completed the job without rushing through despite it turning into a longer day than anticipated. Planning a second floor at a other property and they are the only people I will call for the job
