- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a clear strategy with our pricing to ensure that there are no surprises. Everything is upfront and our bids are honored to the letter. We provide a satisfaction guarantee, repeat customer discount, and referral bonus because we stand by our work and know that trust is earned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial site visit that lasts about 1 hour where we will look over the project, go over the estimate to answer any questions, and schedule the work for our first availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in construction management from Colorado State, over 15 years in the electrical trade, and am a licensed master electrician.
