- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now I am charging $95 an hour for time and material for projects like troubleshooting if a second hand is required there will be an additional $35 an hour for troubleshooting and most troubleshooting situations I could find within the first hour all other projects I could give a set price for depending on the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer in person so that I could put eyes on the project and make sure that I understand exactly what the customer wants so that I can include it into the bid
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended courses in the ray holder electrical program to achieve both my journeyman's and my Master's license
