FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We handle DUI cases on a flat-fee basis, meaning you will know the total cost of your defense upfront with no surprises. The exact fee depends on the complexity of the case, such as whether it involves prior offenses, an accident, or other aggravating factors. A DUI charge is a serious legal matter, and the right defense can make a significant difference in the outcome. Our pricing reflects the level of experience, strategy, and preparation we bring to every case. We believe in transparency and will discuss fees in detail during your consultation, so you understand exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every case is different, but the process always starts with understanding your situation and your goals. When you reach out, we begin with a confidential consultation to discuss the details of your case, answer your questions, and outline potential defense strategies. From there, if we move forward, we take immediate steps to protect your rights and start building your defense. Throughout the process, we ensure clear communication so you always know where your case stands and what to expect. We work together to find the best path forward with an approach that is designed to position you for the best possible outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16+ years of experience in criminal law and litigation, with 100+ trials and 12+ years of experience as a prosecutor. I know how prosecutors work because I trained many of them. I have a JD and MBA from the University of Denver.
