- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a service company who doesn't provide estimates via phone. Phone estimates can be inaccurate and misleading for number of reasons, including the following: Lack of details, dishonesty, verbal agreements, and limited social cues. My Buddy the Plumber does offer finance as well as senior discount, military discount, law enforcement, and first responders discounts etc.
