- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and we will price match any estimate. any service fee will be credited to the repair. we also provide the best warranties in the state.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We diagnose the problem and give them a solution. We can also speak to their insurance company for them or help with financing options. Usually the problem we’re dealing with are emergency related.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14,000 hours of fieldwork and schooling. Currently I am studying for my masters.
