Introduction
At Ancillary K9, we believe you can have the relationship you want with the dog you love. In fact, we’re in the business of making that happen. Our training programs are goal-specific, and are based on scientific, evidence-based research. We provide personalised, intensive training that delivers rapid, lasting results tailored to your dog's unique needs. Our programs empower both you and your dog for long-term success. We’ll work with you and your dog to solve the problems that matter most to you: obedience, behavioral issues, and aggressive dog rehabilitation. The biggest threat to the bond between you and your dog is their behavior – the one thing you may not know how to address on your own. If you’ve tried other programs or trainers in the past, only to be disappointed with the results, we know how frustrating that can be. Whether you’re focused on competition, personal protection, or just enhancing the bond between you and your K9 friend, our no-nonsense approach – backed by our Lifetime Support Guarantee – will allow you to be successful. Training is a vital part of the relationship you have with your dog. Let’s make it stronger together.

Within the first 2 sessions working with Dion, not only is my dog considerable more well behaved, but I am also learning about the philosophy behind successful training. I look forward to each session and the new skills my dog as well as myself learn.

Have spoken with him multiple times and am very confident he will be able to get our dogs trained and teach us what we need to know. Very professional and accommodating. Tried two other trainers before Dion, neither understood my dogs. Dion did an amazing job working with me and my dogs. He did a great job training me how to handle my two crazy bull terriers. Will only be using Dion for future training needs.

I brought my dog, who has had some behavioral issues, to Dion. He pinpointed the causes, worked with me to resolve them, and I have noticed significant progress. He has also showed me just a few basic things, and literally in minutes my dog was not yanking me all over the place. I went to his eight-week program over the summer and intend to go back for more training when I recover from a skiing injury. Even with one leg in a brace, I can walk my dog without worrying she will suddenly yank me down. I think his philosophy is great, not relying entirely on treats to get your dog to behave. If the latter was the case, then what do you do when you run out of treats? They are busy, but I highly suggest you call them. Put it this way, I live in DTC and I was more than willing to make the trip.
