- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
About 125/event hour / which is already discounted for thumbtack, is all inclusive- and you get a DJ and separate MC :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After quote, we send a contract and questionnaire for your review and re-establish contact shortly after to see if client would like to reserve the date ( through deposit as 1 client event per day only ) , and move forward with us. Unlimited consultations to get to know the client and their ideas!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! We stay current through industry trade shows including NAMM in Anaheim, CA, and Serato Education.... My husband is also My MC, probably the only one you will interview that is certified in Communications from Harvard University
