FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No one likes to receive a monthly bill from their lawyer. My clients have found great relief in knowing I charge a flat fee. You will know the total attorneys fees from the beginning. Some attorneys quote a low initial fee for minimal work, but have tiers of new fees once the real work begins that can triple their initial quote. My firm does not. I am far more interested in working on defending you and fighting for your rights than I am in billing you every month. I work with each client individually on payment arrangements. My firm is established and, with 26 years experience exclusively in Criminal Law, I am able to charge lower fees than others with my experience. You deserve excellent representation and I will work with you to make it affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen. Each client and case is unique. Your situation, the allegations in your case and your goals are as individual as you are. We will talk about everything that led up to your being charged and I will explain the entire process so you know what lies ahead. I make myself available to you to answer all of your questions about what is happening in your case and what you can expect moving forward. Communication is key and is my commitment to you when you hire Alfrey & Associates, PC to defend you.
