In the beginning everything was great. We had a few hiccups with the stone but Jorge communicated well and offered a fair resolution. Installation went well and looks great. We had brought in a dumpster to dispose of our old countertops but Jorge offered to pick them up for us instead so we did not dispose. Now it has been over 2 months and he will not respond. We have this heavy stone sitting in our living room and cannot complete our floors until moved. We would have gladly moved them ourselves as planned if he did not offer but now have to spend additional money to have these removed. We were planning on using Jorge again for our bathrooms but unfortunately doesn’t look like that will be the case.

My experience with Lion StoneWorks was a dream from beginning to end! Liz responded quickly, answered all of my questions, helped me with stone selection, and guided me through the entire process. Jorge and his guys arrived on time, expertly installed my tops, attended to every detail, and finished ahead of schedule. My kitchen is still under construction, so this photo does not do them justice, but trust me when I say that my countertops are gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Lion StoneWorks and will use them again for future projects!

I was so incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism of this company. My counters are gorgeous!!! I also want to add that every other company I looked at said there would not be enough material in my two slabs for a bathroom. This company found a way to achieve this in the two slabs. This showed me how ethical they are. You won’t be disappointed.

We don't mark up material and we and always provide the customer with the best price available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is working directly with a contractor, they can send us rendering, or we can schedule an appointment at no cost to get measurements to start the estimating process, at these appointments you can expect a sink catalog and material samples. This process usually takes around 35-45 minutes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of experience working with professional contractors and homeowners.
