In the beginning everything was great. We had a few hiccups with the stone but Jorge communicated well and offered a fair resolution. Installation went well and looks great. We had brought in a dumpster to dispose of our old countertops but Jorge offered to pick them up for us instead so we did not dispose. Now it has been over 2 months and he will not respond. We have this heavy stone sitting in our living room and cannot complete our floors until moved. We would have gladly moved them ourselves as planned if he did not offer but now have to spend additional money to have these removed. We were planning on using Jorge again for our bathrooms but unfortunately doesn’t look like that will be the case.

George and his team did an amazing job! We had new countertops and backsplash installed in our kitchen and couldn't be happier. George was easy to work with and very responsive. If a customer is working directly with a contractor, they can send us rendering, or we can schedule an appointment at no cost to get measurements to start the estimating process, at these appointments you can expect a sink catalog and material samples. This process usually takes around 35-45 minutes.
