Donovan did a wonderful job! made my life a whole lot easier and sure made my wife happy we didn’t have to get a new computer!!! It’s up and running in just a couple days. It’s like a brand new. I have no problem recommending this gentleman to all my friends and family.

As a busy graphic designer/ my computer needs to be running at top performance always. Donovan responded to my inquiry very quickly through the app / I really value promptness! He arrived as scheduled and quickly found a major reason I was having- super slow performance and fixed that. I also had a hardware issue- the drive was 6 years old- he ordered a new one and installed it and returned my computer running fast and smooth and all files just as they were. I was considering a new Mac- but I think I can get a number of years more because of Donovan’s work. I rely on Mac-Minded to keep me working headache free!

What a relief to be working with Donovan at Mac-Minded. I’ve been grappling with so many issues related to my old Mac and Apple Store Genius Bar was unable to help with. I ended up buying a new Mac-Book. Donovan quickly showed me that I didn’t need a new one and cleaned up my old Mac Book Air. I’m so happy and looking forward to working with Donovan in the future whenever I’m tempted to go to the Apple Store for help. He saved me so much time, money and aggravation!

I've been having major problems with my MacBook Air laptop, so to find a solution I made an appointment at Cherry Creek Apple store, Denver, CO; an Apple Store technician tried it’s best and unfortunately, he told me that the laptop has broken down, a damaged part needs to be replaced. So, I made an appointment with MAC-MINDED, LLC. I took a cab to drop off the laptop, the technician was going to let me know the day I was supposed to pick it up as soon as the problem gets solved. And do you know what? While I was explaining the background of the problem, he turned on the laptop, changed the configuration and hoppp, the problem was solved… all in less than 5minutes. I say in less than five minutes. Guess what? How much am I paying for this exceptional and impressive work? ‘’No, the problem was quickly solved,’’ gently replies the MAC-MINDED, LLC technician, Mr Donavan, and you're not paying anything. What? You are not paying, it's free,” retorted Mr Donavan. You can't imagine the feeling that invaded my soul. I was pleasantly surprised by the technicality and speed with which he solved the problem, and then by his good heart and honesty in telling me not to pay, as the solution was quickly found. Such people are rare in today's world. I highly recommend MAC-MINDED, LLC for its technicality, speed and honesty coupled with good heart. Thank you very much for this very good and exceptional service.

I'm so glad I found Donovan. He was able to replace the battery in my Mac in two hours. I'll be taking my computer to him again to upgrade its operating system. Highly recommend him!
