- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all of our clients because we know that every client has specific needs. Our company has a $99 dispatch fee which helps cover costs associated with our services. In most instances the fee is waived if there is a repair or replacement that needs to be done in order to provide heating or cooling for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first address the issue that our client is facing and evaluate the repair versus a replacement. Then we take into consideration all factors including cost to provide the best solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have NATE Certification Training which is provided in house, our technicians also have their EPA certifications, and ICC trainings.
