BJ was able to come last minute to help the diagnose what ended up being a bad thermostat. It was especially important because I have a newborn and needed to have the AC working. He was very quick and professional. He even came out a day later when the replacement unit stopped functioning and performed the reinspection free of charge. I would absolutely use Jump HVAC again!

The technician was drunk and did not know what he was going. Said I needed a new furnace when I just needed a part. He was slurring his words and did not make any sense. New tech with heart heating is putting in new part.

Ms Vigil, You were not present and you are 100% wrong. Your 18 year old condensing furnace heat exchanger is bad. The condensate is leaking through the heat exchanger. If you found someone willing to repair that furnace they are either incompetent or dishonest. The roll out switch was tripped when I was there. This furnace is not safe and we are notifying the city and your tenants. BJ
