- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We often ask to be contacted by phone to go over a quote with them personally. In some cases we may do an on-site quote for more advanced issues such as heavy pet urine or water leaks. Our goal at Oxi Fresh of Denver is earning customers for life! For a new customer at our first visit, we love to take a little extra time up front to explain our revolutionary cleaning system, and answer any questions the customer may have. Next, we review the work order and conduct a pre-cleaning walk where we really listen to the customer explain any specific concerns they may have about their carpet, tile or upholstery. Once we understand the customer's concerns and the scope of work for that visit, we get straight to work.

Bachelors of Business Years of experience in being hands on owners - we work everyday in our business. Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning provides top-of-the-industry level training for all of its Technicians and Customer Service Representatives.
