- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the standard cleaning service that clients order, the prices remain as initially stated upon booking. For larger jobs such as 3 rooms with stairs or 4-5 rooms, we offer free cleaning of all closets and a 10% discount when booking. Additionally, if you need upholstery cleaning for sofas and chairs, there is a 10% discount. Any deodorizer is also included for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before arriving at a client's location, we discuss the scope of work. If we notice any issues, we point them out. We inspect damages to sofas, carpets, mattresses, or chairs in the client's presence. Clients appreciate our professional and transparent approach to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our specialists undergo thorough training in carpet and upholstery cleaning, studying various types of stains and effective removal methods. We extensively research all types of fabrics we work with to minimize the risk of carpet and sofa damage. Practical tests are conducted in the office every month to maintain high standards of professionalism.
