- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with clients starts with a discovery phase, where I take the time to understand their business, goals, and challenges. From there, I work with the client to customize a coaching plan that aligns with their specific needs and goals. I offer two packages for business coaching: a basic package and a premium package. The basic package includes a certain number of coaching sessions, email support, and access to resources such as templates and tools. The premium package includes additional features such as 1-on-1 strategy sessions, more in-depth assessments, and customized action plans. Once we have agreed on a package, we begin the coaching sessions, which are tailored to the client's individual needs and objectives. I also offer ongoing support and follow-up to ensure that clients are making progress towards their goals and seeing positive results.
