- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a product for every home and every budget. We will work with you to make sure you have what best suites you and your home without breaking the bank. We are a home office operated business, so we are incredibly competitive without sacrificing product quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-Always speak directly with a potential client to make sure we are a good fit and can help one another. 2-Let them know a little about the product and services I offer as well as a little background on my business. 3-Schedule a free in home consultation at their earliest convenience where I take measurements and help choose the best products and colors that fit what they need. 4-If we decide to move forward, we go through every detail window by window so there are no surprises! 5-Our lead times are some of the industry’s best, so the next part is the best! The satisfaction of the customers is the reason I am here, so we shake hands, smile, and wait until their friends and family see why they worked with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years experience in the field and numerous vendor trainings and certifications including; Norman, Hunter Douglas, Alta, and several other smaller manufacturers.
